Chairman's Welcome Message: This
Year's Show Dates: 30th May - 3rd
June 2012
This year’s Show looks like it is going to be bigger and better than last year judging by the interest that has already been shown in booking stands and modules.
We are in a period of change for the good in Zambia and this began with the ushering in of the new Patriotic Front Government and President after the September 2011 elections.
The economy continues to grow with it employment levels are rising and there are opportunities aplenty for entrepreneurs and investors both local and foreign.
People and organisations need to sell themselves to the market at large and this is where our Show can play a part in your strategy. We have a wide range of visitors from mining, agriculture, manufacturing, commerce and the general public and that is why we have a diverse set of exhibitors from all sectors of our economy.
Our theme for this years’ Show is:
“HARDWORK, INNOVATION FOR SUSTAINED PRODUCTIVITY”
This we feel fits in well with the new government’s aims and policies and also gives a good range of possibilities of interpretation for our exhibitors.
This year’s Show is going to show off the Copperbelt in a good light and will encourage all our exhibitors both local and foreign to reach for even higher levels of quality displays than before to enable them to achieve greater business during the course of the Show and thereafter.
I would like to encourage anybody who wishes to exhibit at our show to contact the administration office as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as I am sure bookings will be coming fast and furious.
Our Show is well worth a visit be it on trade days for the quieter atmosphere to do business or at the weekend for fun, entertainment and a good family day out.
We look forward to welcoming you all to our 55th Show in 2012.
