US$ 520 for the full package + local VAT and CED Fee
Includes RIB, Bonding and Exbonding & Export from Bond
Please note this does not included transportation to the show or hiring of equipment e.g. forklift/crane. This is purely a clearing charge.
Should an off loading bay be required the charges are as follows:
Loading/Offloading Bay Small Vehicles US$40.00 per vehicle
Large Trucks/Mining Machinery US$58 per Vehicle
Please be advised that goods must reach the Showground’s bonded warehouse not later than 2 weeks prior to the show. This is to ensure that both the exhibitor and the clearing agent can be assured that the goods are ready in time for display at the show.

The charges, quoted above, are excluding any import taxation, which will become immediately due
for cargo consumed or left behind in Zambia.
Exhibitors are free to use there own transporters, however please note that all items for the show are required to pass through our bonded warehouse to receive customs clearance before they can be displayed.
